Our experts consult with you to identify your specific requirements in addition to thoroughly evaluating the technical skills and work experience of each professional that we interview. This holistic assessment of both the job and the individual ensures that our consultants are the best prepared to provide you with an honest, transparent presentation of the professional’s relevant skills and experience, and our analysis of their strengths and weaknesses. We will only present professionals whom we believe to be a good job fit for your organization.

While the job fit is a very important part of the hiring decision, it is just the beginning. At Ranstad, we use the term Boss fit to describe the compatibility of the manager and employee. We are dedicated to optimising this match because it is an excellent predictor of the ultimate success and sustainability of the working relationship. We work closely with our clients to build a clear profile of the specific competencies and personality traits that will lead to a strong boss-employee fit. We then use this information to determine which of the professionals who have met the job fit criteria will also be a good fit for the manager in question.

company fit

Once the job fit and boss fit criteria have been met, you will also want to be reassured that the professional is going to fit in with your established corporate culture. We call this the company fit. Through site visits, our research and discussions with you, we gain a good understanding of your work environment. This enables us to in find an employee who will be motivated by your specific work environment, work productively with the other members of your team, embrace the values of your company and stay and grow with you.
